Orders
I have not recieved my order. Where is it?
Before reaching out to our customer service, please review the following:
- Confirm the dispatch email for your order has been received.
- Utilize the tracking details in your dispatch confirmation email through the provided link.
- Look for correspondence (emails, calls, delivery notices) from couriers. Your package might be at a local depot for pickup or redelivery.
- Ensure no one at your address accepted the delivery on your behalf.
- While couriers shouldn't leave parcels with neighbors, it's wise to check with them too.
For assistance, contact the carrier and email customersupport@representclothing.com. We're committed to resolving the matter promptly.
Can I amend something on my order?
PROCESSED ORDERS
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed at our fulfillment center, we cannot make any changes to the details or addresses associated with it.
UNPROCESSED ORDERS
Contact us by email (stockroom.coll@gmail.com) as soon as possible so that we can amend your order before processing.
Can I cancel my order?

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Return policy - How do I make a return?
STOCKROOM COLLECTIVE REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All returns and refunds are done at the expense of the customer. However, if an item or garment is faulty/damaged we will refund you your shipping cost along with the full amount.
All returns and refunds must be shipped within 30 days of purchase to the address provided during email contact with our customer service team. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you purchased it in - unused, unwashed and with all the tags on. This includes the original packaging.
In order to initiate this refund/return, please email us on stockroom.coll@gmail.com and return your item to the below address.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and approved we will process your refund back to the original method of payment within 5 days of receiving. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to return to your account depending on your bank.
EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges on items that are damaged. If you wish to exchange the same item for a different size, please process this as a normal return and then repurchase the item in the correct size or email us on stockroom.coll@gmail.com.
STORE CREDIT
Store credits may be issued for future purchases and are valid for the first 12 months upon receiving. Store credit cannot be refunded.
RETURNS
You will need to pay for the shipping of your own return. We recommend using a tracking shipping company to ensure your package arrives back to us safely. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item and are therefore not liable for any costs. All returns must be sent to the address provided during emailed contact with our customer service team within 30 days of purchase.
